Wilbar Components was formed in 1981.
We specialise in CNC Machining in most metals and plastics using a mix of
- Multi Axis Lathes
- Sliding Head Lathes
- 3, 4 and 5 Axis mills.
Over the years, we have produced parts for most industries, particularly hydraulics, automotive, mobile machinery, aerospace and gas & oil. Our cycle of investment has been fairly constant and today we enjoy a suite of modern plant and inspection equipment occupying a multi building site in Cannock, Staffordshire giving us a main factory floor and a clean assembly bay / warehouse.
The majority of our business is the production of parts to clients drawings, including outside processes such as heat treatment, electroplating, paint and brazing. We also offer turnkey solutions for your project, handling manufacture, assembly, stockholding and distribution if preferable.
